- Most items will be posted via 1st class recorded delivery by Royal Mail. Items purchased on a week day will be posted the next day. Items purchased on a friday after 2pm and the weekend will be posted the following Monday unless bank holiday where items will be posted on the following Wednesday. I am happy to post to non european countries please contact me to confirm postal fee before buying. We post all items in plain packaging with no logo's & most of our items are private listings so you can shop with confidence within the privacy & comfort of your own home.

- We want you to be happy with your purchase if for any reason you are not happy with item/s please contact us so we can arrange refund/exchange. We operate a 14 day refund/exchange policy. A full refund - excluding initial p&p charges - will be issued via paypal providing goods are posted back within 14 days of receipt, unworn, as received and the buyer pays the return postage costs. (items with free postage will be refunded with original postage costs deducted) When returning an item we recommended that you retain the receipt of the postal service used as we cannot take responsibility for undelivered items. In the event of loss of a returned item it is your responsibility to pursue a claim.
